I Can’t Watch the Full Length Video

Problem with certain users cannot watch full video. Have certain cut off while watching the video. Sometime only can watch 5 minutes out of the full video.

Most of the video loading disruption due to wireless connection.

Step one: Refresh the page and continue to watch.

Step two: Let the video load completely before you start to watch.

Step three: Make sure that you have wired connection instead of wireless connection.

Step four: When you use our video player, stay near the router. Don’t go too far away from the router. The farther you away from the router, the weaker the frequency you receive from the router.
